Climbing Formwork

The most common solution in this regard is to use a formwork system at height. This system includes two types of climbing and slip, and the movement mechanism of these systems is their distinguishing feature. The design of this style of mold is very sensitive and important, and there are many effective points in the construction and execution of the mold, and the expertise and experience are two indicators of this important matter. In climbing molds, using the mold advance mechanism, which is often hydraulic or mechanical, has caused the mold to reach the next stage in a very short time and provide a concrete placing bed to increase the project speed and decrease the relevant time and costs.

In these molds, by creating several levels behind the mold, suitable space for temporary depots of tools and materials is created, and also a safe movement space for human resources is provided despite the staircases.
The use of hydraulic jacks in the progradation mechanism with the correct embedding of connections, pumps, and operators does not create a barrier in the passage and the equipment is available to the technicians.
This system is of a very sensitive mold and requires design based on static and dynamic analysis and has a high safety factor.
