Climbing Formwork
One of the problems in the implementation of concrete structures with unusual heights is the installation of the mold, which is practically impossible and very costly due to the high weight of the mold. The most common solution in this regard is to use a formwork system at height. This system includes two types of climbing and slip, and the movement mechanism of these systems is their distinguishing feature. The design of this style of mold is very sensitive and important, and there are many effective points in the construction and execution of the mold, and the expertise and experience are two indicators of this important matter.
In climbing molds, using the mold advance mechanism, which is often hydraulic or mechanical, has caused the mold to reach the next stage in a very short time and provide a concrete placing bed to increase the project speed and decrease the relevant time and costs.
